The deli guy at my local market taught me the onion trick
He said to keep any cut onion in a jar of water and it lasts two weeks, I tried it after tossing a half bag every few days. Now I only buy onions whole and my crisper drawer actually has room for other stuff, has anyone else tried the water jar method or am I just slow to this?
