My neighbor in Boise said she quit recycling because her bins sat full for 3 weeks, and I get the anger but that is exactly what the oil folks want
She's not wrong to be mad at the city, but if we all quit when the pickup slips, the only people winning are the ones selling us the plastic in the first place, so has anyone actually gotten their city to fix a broken route by calling and showing up to a council meeting?
