One comment from my neighbor changed how I compost
Back in March I was dumping all my food scraps in a basic bin and it smelled awful. My neighbor Karen, who has this huge garden, watched me toss in citrus peels and said 'you know that kills the worms, right'? I had no idea. I stopped putting acidic stuff in and started layering browns like cardboard and leaves. The pile actually breaks down now instead of sitting there slimy. Anyone else get a simple tip that made a huge difference?
