My 6 year old's tee-ball game taught me something about pressure
He was up with bases loaded and two outs in the last inning, and I was more nervous than I've ever been in my own life. He struck out swinging, didn't cry, and asked for ice cream - guess that's the real lesson about clutch moments, they're not always about winning.

My buddy was coaching his daughter's softball game and his kid was pitching. Last inning, two outs, tie game, bases loaded. She threw three straight balls and he said his heart was pounding so loud he couldn't even hear the parents yelling. She got a strikeout on a full count and then just looked at him and asked if she could go to the pizza place after.

Man that's the BEST feeling as a parent. Pure relief and pride all at once.
