Pro tip: stop thinking you're too good for trade school advice
Honestly, I dropped out of community college after one semester. An old electrician named Gary told me I was overthinking the theory and needed to just get my hands dirty on actual jobs. That feedback made me switch to an apprenticeship program in Phoenix and I started wiring houses within 3 months. Has anyone else had someone call them out on being too book-smart for their own good?

Wait, Gary told you that and you actually listened? That is wild.

Yeah, chill out a bit. It's not like Gary's some kind of guru who has never given bad advice before. People act like trusting someone is life or death, but half the time you just gotta roll with it and see what happens.
