That six months after dropping out when my sleep schedule fixed itself was the biggest surprise
After I quit college last spring I went from waking up at noon to getting up at 6am naturally, and I think it was because I wasn't stressed about classes anymore, has anyone else's body clock changed after leaving school?

Wait is it weird that I used to swear up and down that I was just a 'night person' and would never be able to wake up early? Dropping out actually showed me how wrong I was about that. Like in high school I thought my body just needed 10 hours of sleep and would never get up before 10am. But within a few weeks of leaving and not having that constant dread about grades and homework, I was popping awake at sunrise feeling totally rested. Maybe it was just the stress that was messing with my whole system the whole time.
