Had 9 tickets on the board Monday morning and cleared all of them by Wednesday lunch
Last Monday I walked in at 8am and the queue had 9 tickets, which for our 3 person bench is basically a disaster. Two were warranty laptop screens, one was a server that wouldn't boot past the RAID card, and the rest were the usual slow PC and virus cleanup stuff. The server one scared me because the client is a dentist office in Tacoma and they had patient files on there, but it turned out the card just needed reseating and a firmware flash. I knocked out the two screens back to back since I've done that model like 30 times, and the virus cleanups I just ran in parallel on the bench. By Wednesday around noon I had everything closed out and the board was empty, which basically never happens. My boss actually looked at me and asked if I was feeling okay. What's your record for clearing a full queue in a couple days?
