Helping my cousin with a virus scan changed how I see family tech calls
I thought family tech support was just annoying interruptions. But when my cousin explained how scared she was of losing photos, I started being more patient. Now I see it as a chance to teach basic safety tips. How do you handle tech questions from family?

Sometimes it's worth taking a minute to help out. A quick answer can really make someone's day easier. I just don't mind it most of the time.
