Watched a guy at Micro Center in Columbus clean a laptop with a toothbrush and I owe him an apology

I always rolled my eyes at techs who detailed every machine before handing it back, figured it was just for show. Then I saw him pull 3 years of dust out of a heatsink with a $2 toothbrush and the temps dropped 20 degrees on the spot. Now I want to know how many of you actually clean the inside before you call a repair done?
