Pro tip: my PS5 controller stick drift got fixed with a $6 part from Ace Hardware
My DualSense started drifting hard last Tuesday during a ranked match in Apex, my guy kept walking left into walls on Olympus. I almost dropped $70 on a new controller but a buddy at work told me to try electrical contact cleaner on the stick pots first. Pulled the shell off, sprayed the cleaner in the base of both sticks, let it sit 20 minutes, and the drift is gone three weeks later. Anyone else had luck with the spray trick or does it always come back after a bit?
