That time a forum user told me chemtrails were just plane exhaust
I was deep in a rabbit hole a few years back. Thought chemtrails were definitely some government spraying program. This user named 'SkyWatcher99' kept replying to my posts with simple explanations about water vapor and contrails. He even linked a NOAA page about it. I ignored him for months. Then I actually read the page and checked flight radar data. Matched up perfectly with what he said. Made me rethink how much I trust random YouTube videos over actual science.

Kinda feels like you're making a bigger deal out of it than it is though.

@wendyc53, honestly I get where you're coming from but I have to disagree a bit here. Sometimes things that seem small to one person can really hit hard for someone else. Like, we all have different breaking points and what seems like no big deal to you might be the last straw for someone who's been dealing with a lot. I think it's good to give people the benefit of the doubt and not assume they're overreacting. If someone says it's a big deal to them, it probably is.
