The moon landing footage frame rates finally added up for me

I was rewatching the Apollo 11 launch at 2am last Tuesday and realized the 16mm film at 24fps explains why the flag looks like it's flapping when there's no air, the jitter is just motion blur and camera vibration, not wind, so can someone point me to a direct source that breaks down the exact camera specs used on the surface?
