Can we talk about using a whiteboard for daily crew talks?

I was running a small apartment job in Tampa and the morning meetings felt messy, with guys forgetting tasks. I bought a 4 foot whiteboard for forty bucks and started writing the day's three main goals in big letters. After a week, the foreman said 'we actually look at it now' and rework dropped. What do you use to keep the crew on the same page?

we actually look at it now" is the best review... my crew would probably use my whiteboard to draw things I definitely don't want to see.

My last whiteboard just had a detailed drawing of my boss as a potato.
