Hit 20 completed punch lists and finally respect the process

I used to think punch lists were just busywork from the GC. Then I tracked 20 completions over a rental rehab in Austin and saw my callback rate drop from 4 to 0. Has anyone else kept a simple tally that changed how they run closeout?
