Picked prefab wall panels over stick framing for a 40 unit job in Boise, saved 3 weeks but the electricians hated me
The panels went up fast and the schedule looked great until every outlet box needed a channel cut on site. Curious if anyone else has run into that tradeoff on panel jobs.
