Finally got my mobile crane out of that mud pit at the Fort Worth site
Tbh, last week's rain turned that gravel lot into a swamp and we sank 2 feet before the first lift. I spent 4 hours with the recovery crew, some cribbing, and a 100-ton crawler to pull the 60-ton out. The operator who helped me said, 'You owe me a steak dinner, not a thank you.' Has anyone else had to rig a recovery like that solo, or am I just the unlucky one this quarter?
