I was having coffee with this old timer, Jim, who used to work the big crawlers back in the 70s. He said 'you kids spend too much time staring at screens and not enough feeling the load in the seat of your pants.' Feeling the load is good but Jims old crane didnt have a crowded job site with houses all around.
