Used to think credit card churning was a myth until I got 50k miles in 3 months

I was skeptical about people claiming huge rewards without debt, but then I opened a simple cashback card and paid it off in full every month. Has anyone else seen a 20 point jump in their score just from utilization tricks?

Buddy of mine just got that card and it was just the signup bonus, no minimum spend.
