Serious question, has anyone else paid for a full house energy audit and felt totally ripped off?

I paid $450 for a company to come out and tell me where my house was losing heat. They spent two hours with a blower door and a thermal camera, then gave me a report that basically said 'add more insulation in the attic.' I already knew that from feeling the cold drafts myself. For that kind of money, I expected a real plan with cost estimates, not just a fancy piece of paper stating the obvious. Has anyone found a company that actually gives you a useful breakdown of what to fix first and how much it might save you?

Wow, you basically paid them to confirm you have a ceiling. What's next, a $300 report to tell you your roof is on top of the house?
