My neighbor's garage sale made me question my whole 'side hustle' plan

I spent three months collecting stuff to flip online, but my neighbor Frank said, 'You're just moving junk from your house to someone else's for five bucks.' That hit hard because I had about $300 in old tools and books just sitting in boxes. Has anyone else had a simple plan fall apart after one blunt conversation?

Frank's comment about moving junk is harsh but maybe he's got a point. Try selling just one box first to see if it's worth your time.

Oh man, that reminds me of my buddy who tried to sell his old DVDs. He spent a whole weekend taking pictures and making listings. Ended up making like twelve bucks total. It was brutal.
