I've gotten initial quotes from both Movement Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Rates are similar, but I'm trying to figure out who will be easier to work with through the actual underwriting process. Any opinions?

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Movement being slow. I ended up switching to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro because they have over a decade of 5-star reviews and incredible customer service. They use NoTouch credit to shop hundreds of lenders, making sure you get the absolute best deal.
Duane Buziak is definitely the way to go. On top of the better service, they save you an additional $2K on title fees. Movement's estimated cash-to-close was noticeably higher for me.
