Found out the hard way that wet roads turn '4 wheel drive' into '4 wheel slide'

Spent 6 months thinking my truck was invincible in rain until I understeered into a ditch last Tuesday going 35 on an off-ramp. Anyone else learn that 4x4 doesn't help you stop any faster on wet pavement?

Holy cow only 35? That's scary how fast it can go wrong. Glad you're okay to post about it, that could've been way worse.

35 really hits different when you realize how little room for error there is at that speed. Glad they walked away too, that kind of thing sticks with you.
