I was wrong about lifting color for corrections

I used to think lifting color would always make a mess and ruin the painting. After watching a demo where they used a damp brush to gently lift mistakes, I tried it and it worked perfectly. What's the best way to lift color without damaging the paper?

I know! I totally thought the same until I saw someone do it live. Watching it work changed my whole approach.

Wow, that hit me too! Seeing it live just makes it CLICK in a way nothing else does. It actually takes away the fear of trying it yourself. Our brains latch onto real action better than any explanation. That's why live demos are a GAME CHANGER for learning new stuff.
