Finally got through a whole shift without a single customer yelling at me about the coupon policy

After six months at the register, last Tuesday was the first day nobody argued the fine print on their receipt and I almost didn't know what to do with myself, has anyone else had a shift like that where everything just clicked?

I mean, yeah it sucks when people get mad about coupons, but it's not like you're doing surgery or something. Customers are gonna be customers, some days they're fine and some days they're not. I've had plenty of shifts where nobody yelled at me and I didn't think much of it. Maybe you're just getting used to the job now and that's all there is to it.
