Rinse or scrape? I think the pre-rinse crowd is costing us repairs

Oh wow, I totally get why you'd think that but I had the opposite experience with my Bosch! I tested both ways for a few weeks and found prerinsing actually got me cleaner dishes without having to mess with the hot water trick. Maybe it depends on the model or how old the machine is, but mine just seemed to handle caked-on stuff way better when I gave them a quick rinse first.

Remember when we used to mix mud by hand in a bucket?

Wait, are we talking about the tool or the person who can actually mix mud right? Because @seth_martinez21, I've seen some guys at work try to mix mud and it looks like they're trying to stir concrete with a twig. A real mixer saves so much time and your arms don't feel like they're gonna fall off. It's the difference between a good day and a terrible one. Honestly, calling it a game changer is selling it short.

Serious question, does anyone actually like working with liquid nitrogen for desserts?

Exactly, that's the whole point.

My boss asked for a 'quick' update on our patient charting system. That was 14 months ago.

Doubt it's that bad honestly.

TIL my weird trick for aligning cabinet doors actually worked

Saw my buddy do something similar with a deck gate. The latch would never catch right, kept sagging. He wedged a stainless steel washer behind the bottom hinge on the post. Just a single washer. Gate closed smooth as anything after that. Sometimes the frame itself is just a hair out, not the hinge. Your shim trick is smart.
