DAE have a dropped plan for better team check-ins?
I kicked off a weekly video chat for remote folks to share updates and wins. After a few sessions, attendance dipped and I lost steam. Now the schedule is blank and I feel guilty letting it go. How do you pick up a work project after it sits for months?

Yeah that guilt when a good plan fizzles out is the worst. Reminds me of when I finally bought all the stuff to organize my digital photos, got through 2018, and then the box just sat in my closet for a year. Felt bad every time I saw it. Sometimes just doing one tiny thing, like clearing off the space to work again, can break the spell. What was the smallest part of your check-in that people actually liked?

Ugh, tell me about it. My own photo organization plan failed so badly I'm pretty sure my camera roll from 2019 is just permanent evidence of my defeat.

Funny how we all have that digital graveyard. I just started by dumping all the duplicates into a folder called "oops." It's not organized, but at least it's a smaller mess now.
