Waited 4 months for a group chat to fix one guy's schedule, just use a poll
My friend group of 6 tried planning a monthly dinner for 4 months and it died in a 200 message group chat. One guy kept saying he was free "most Fridays" but never confirmed a date, so nothing got booked. I finally made a free when2meet link and sent it on a Tuesday, and we had a date locked in by Thursday. The whole mess came down to nobody wanting to pick a day out loud. Does your group have a better way to lock in plans without the back and forth?
