Bought a $60 meal prep subscription and then let all the containers rot in my fridge for two weeks

I was so convinced this was gonna be the week I finally got my life together, but day 3 hit and I ordered takeout instead, so now I'm out 60 bucks and my kitchen smells like regret... has anyone else fallen for the 'this time will be different' trap with meal kits?

You say you "finally get your life together" but meal prep subscriptions are basically paying someone else to do the boring stuff, so the real test is if you actually stick with it. I fell for the same trap twice and realized the issue isn't the food it's that I hate cooking on schedule and would rather just grab something quick. Maybe next time try buying a few cheap ingredients you actually like instead of dropping $60 upfront on stuff that'll rot.
