Had to choose between a cheap AI photo editor and a subscription one for my Etsy listings

I run a small Etsy shop selling vintage glassware, and I needed to clean up background clutter in my product photos. I went with the free editor first, but it kept blurring the details on the glass rims, so I switched to a $15 a month subscription one that handles transparency better. Anyone else find that free AI tools just don't cut it for detailed product work?

You're absolutely wrong about the free tools. I use a free editor for MY Etsy jewelry photos and it handles fine details like chain links and stone edges perfectly. You just have to mess with the settings more, the transparency slider and edge detection are key. The subscription ones are a total WASTE of money if you're willing to learn the free options.
