I run a small electrical business and last month I finally let an AI scheduling tool handle my appointments. Big mistake. It looked at my calendar and decided I could fit three service calls in a two hour window across town. I didnt notice until I showed up at the first house in Phoenix and the homeowner said two other people already called about the same time. Turns out the AI grabbed times from an old backup and ignored traffic data. I spent the next hour on the phone explaining to angry customers and rebooking everyone. The tool had a setting for travel time but it defaulted to zero. I killed it and went back to my paper planner. Has anyone else had an AI assistant quietly override basic logic like that?
