Shoutout to the person who told me to pat my chicken wings DRY before air frying

I used to get soggy skin, but after drying them with paper towels for 2 minutes, they came out perfectly crispy last night. Anyone have other tricks for getting that restaurant-style crunch?

My roommate just throws them in frozen and they still turn out fine.

Oh man, drying is the real key! A little baking powder in your rub works wonders too, it pulls even more moisture out. That combo is basically foolproof for crispy skin.
