Reading an old manual for a Cessna 172 and saw the torque spec for the prop bolts was way lower than I guessed

I was going through some boxes in our hangar at the small field in Springfield and pulled out a 1970s maintenance guide. The book said 25 inch-pounds for the prop bolts, which seemed crazy light for something that important. Anyone else run into specs that felt wrong at first glance?

Same with the oil drain plug on my old Cherokee...

Remembered my buddy's truck. He stripped the plug so bad we had to weld a new bolt on. Honestly, it was a whole thing.
