My Sunday league coach quit mid-game and left me coaching a bunch of 9 year olds in Denver
The guy stormed off after a parent yelled at him over playing time, and I was the only assistant who knew the drill routines. I ran that team for the last 6 weeks of the season, but now the league wants me to sign up as head coach for next spring. Has anyone else inherited a team this way and actually stayed on, or do I walk too before the parents eat me alive?
