Quit my Tuesday night trivia team after 3 years because of one score sheet
We had been playing at a bar in Kansas City every Tuesday for 3 years, and I was the one who kept score and turned in the sheet each round. Two Tuesdays ago the quizmaster marked our answer wrong when it was clearly right, and when I asked him to look again he just said "rules are rules" and moved on. My team told me to drop it and buy another round, but I had put in 12 bucks a week and all the paperwork for 3 years, so I walked out mid game. Now half of them are not talking to me and the other half say I was right. Was quitting over one bad call too much, or would you have walked too?
