Everybody's muscles are different, so the right dose is the one that freezes the wrinkle without dragging your whole face down. Sounds like 35 was yours and 40 pushed you into that heavy, tired look. Next time tell the nurse to back it down and stop chasing a higher number just because it goes up over time.
