Walked out of band practice after 9 years together

Last Tuesday I finally quit my band of 9 years, the same group I started with in Lincoln, Nebraska back when we were all scraping by on $50 bar gigs. We had one big shot opening for a touring act in Omaha, and they wanted to swap out two of our songs for covers, I said no, the drummer called me a diva in front of everyone. I packed my amp and left mid-rehearsal, now three of them are posting old clips with captions about loyalty. Has anyone else walked away from a long term hobby group over one argument, and did you regret it or feel lighter after?
