Walked out on a $19/hr gig in Tulsa after they "forgot" my raise 4 times

I quit a warehouse job in Tulsa last month after my manager kept saying my 90 day review was "coming" and it never came, 4 times in a row. Am I the jerk for leaving with no notice on a Tuesday, or would you have bailed sooner?
