My review scores went from 3.1 to 4.6 stars in 2 months and I'm kind of scared it's a fluke

I run a small cleaning crew in Sacramento and for about a year my Google reviews were sitting at 3.1. I thought the low scores were just picky customers until I actually read all 40 of them back to back one night. Turns out 9 of them said the same thing: the crew showed up but never told them what got done, so people assumed corners were cut. So I started making the two leads send a photo of each room plus a two line note before they leave the job. Two months later I'm at 4.6 with 22 new reviews and I genuinely don't trust it yet. Has anyone else had a score jump this fast and did it hold, or am I just riding a good stretch?
