Serious question, I told my crew lead about a $600 mistake I made on a job and he just shrugged
I dinged a copper line with a drywall screw at a house on Oak Street and caused $600 in water damage, so I fessed up right away expecting to get chewed out, but he said he'd been waiting to see if I'd hide it. Do you all admit your screwups to your boss or just fix them quietly and hope nobody notices?
