The regional manager who laughed at my notebook system in front of the whole team
During our Monday morning meeting in the break room last month, he saw me jotting down my 40+ follow-up calls and said 'that's cute, we have software for that now.' I still use the notebook because the CRM keeps crashing on my work laptop, has anyone else had their boss dismiss a system that actually works for them?

Man, Ive been there, just told them the notebook keeps me organized and kept using it.
