Showerthought: the callbacks I get on 2010s washers versus the new stuff

I've been logging my service tickets for 8 months, and the older top-loaders come back maybe once, while these new control-board machines on the same street are ringing me twice as often, so what are you all seeing on your end with these electronic boards failing so fast?
