Clear communication during tree removals made our team way better

So, we sat down and agreed on specific verbal cues and hand signals. Now, before each job, we do a quick huddle to go over the plan. This has not only improved safety but also boosted morale. It's amazing how a small talk can prevent big problems. I encourage all crews to prioritize communication.

Totally agree about those huddles. Maybe add a small whiteboard for quick diagrams of tricky drops? Visuals can help when the chipper's running loud.

Actually, I see it a bit different from @bethwhite. I mean, in my experience, pulling out a whiteboard just adds another thing to carry and clean. By the time you draw it, the moment's kind of gone, you know? Maybe it's just me, but a quick finger-draw in the dirt or on the truck's dusty side has always worked fine.
