Had to pick between a 28-inch bar and a 32-inch for a nasty white oak removal in Chattanooga. Went with the 28, and I'm glad I did.

Yeah, Henderson.Mason has the right idea. That 28 inch bar gives you so much more control in a tricky spot. White oak is no joke, and in a tight removal, a shorter bar lets you feel the cut better and react faster. You can't beat the right tool for the job.
