Found a 1973 paint formula chart in an old shop manual yesterday

I was cleaning out a filing cabinet that hasn't been touched since the 80s and came across a factory formula card for a 1973 Ford Mustang. The paint code was for a color called 'Medium Copper Metallic' and the mixing instructions used lead-based pigments that are banned now. Has anyone else run into old mixing methods that made you appreciate modern safety gear?

Medium Copper Metallic sounds like a money color lol. Lead pigment makes me glad I wear gloves now.
