Figured out the trick to finally sticking with a budget after years of failing

Respectfully disagree though, that method works great for me when I actually stick to it.

Got stuck on a weird bug in my Python script for a data sorting tool

Hold up, three whole DAYS? I think I would have rage quit on day two and thrown my laptop out the window. Timezones in EXIF data are the absolute worst, I swear they're designed by someone who never actually had to use them. I remember messing with a photo organizer once and getting dates from 1969 just because of a missing offset. Frustrating stuff, but at least you figured it out eventually.

Spent 6 hours trying to get a basic AI image generator to output a simple cat drawing

Ugh yes, this is way too real. I spent like an hour trying to get a picture of a fluffy orange cat and nothing worked until someone told me to add "rembrandt lighting" to the prompt like that was just obvious knowledge. Now I have a whole notes file on my phone of random lighting terms and camera angles I had to look up. It's wild how specific the wording has to be, like the AI just ignores plain English and waits for some magic keyword.

Finally got a full 8 hours of battery out of my Dell after 2 years of struggling

Honestly read somewhere that turning off keyboard backlighting can save like 15-20% battery, so it tracks you're noticing a difference. Heard a tech reviewer say it's one of the biggest hidden battery drains most people ignore.

Shoutout to that little diner in Clifton that changed my mind about breakfast buffets

Push back on that a little. I mean yeah, a good buffet can surprise you, but I still think most of them are a gamble you don't need to take. You found a solid one with fresh biscuits and crispy bacon, but that just proves the exception, not the rule. Most places let their scrambled eggs sit under a heat lamp until they turn to rubber, and the gravy congeals after ten minutes. A Denny's from 2018 tells me more than one random Tuesday at a Clifton diner. A few good bites don't wipe out years of bad buffet memories for me.
