This week at the shop was a total train wreck
Had a Mustang coming in for a simple bumper respray and ended up finding rust holes all through the rear quarter panels after taking off the trim. Spent three extra days cutting and welding patches that nobody budgeted for. Anyone else ever have a quick job turn into a total nightmare like that?

Rust never sleeps" is the truest thing I've ever heard, lol. So sorry you had to deal with that, sounds like a total nightmare.

Four different trim clips snapped on me. Classic. Then I found bondo packed in there like peanut butter. Had a Ford once come in for a window regulator and ended up rebuilding half the door frame. Rust never sleeps man. Some jobs are just cursed from the start.
