I thought fuel injector cleaner was snake oil until my truck stopped misfiring on I-70
A guy at the shop in Topeka kept telling me to run a $9 bottle through my 2004 F-150 before yanking the intake, and I brushed him off for two years. Finally tried it after a rough idle near mile marker 204, and the misfire code cleared by the time I hit Denver. Now I'm wondering if I've been leaving cheap fixes on the table, what's the one additive you guys keep in the bottom drawer?
