Manager won't stop looking over my shoulder in the shop

It's really getting to me how my boss has to watch everything I do. He came up while I was swapping out a transmission and started pointing at things. I know how to do my job, I've been a mechanic for a long time. This makes simple tasks feel like a big test. It puts me on edge and I work slower because of it. Some of the other guys just laugh it off but I can't. I might start putting out feelers for a new job soon.

Ugh, does your boss bring a clipboard? Mine used to do that and I'd get so nervous I'd immediately drop whatever I was holding. It was like a weird superpower he had to make me instantly worse at my job.
