My neighborhood shop loves transmission flushes. I don't.

They argue it's necessary. My truck runs fine skipping it.

Honestly how bad is it really though? They always push it hard but I know tons of people who never do it and their cars are fine.

Ugh, they push that on everyone. Check your owner's manual, it's the only schedule that matters. Mine says it's not even a service item unless you're towing heavy loads constantly. Saved me a ton of money.
