Honestly, I tried the West Coast Trail vs. the Juan de Fuca last summer and the difference in trail maintenance was huge.

Yeah, the trail upkeep difference is real. I found bringing my own repair kit for the rougher sections saved me a lot of hassle.

My repair kit on the Juan de Fuca was just a roll of duct tape and a lot of hope.
